DP World AAVA Brands opens 2026 graduate trainee programme for aspiring business leaders today

Applications are now open for the DP World (AAVA Brands) 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, a 12-month graduate development initiative designed to prepare emerging professionals for leadership roles while equipping them with the skills needed to drive business innovation and growth.

The application deadline is 31 August 2026.

The programme provides graduates with structured learning opportunities, practical experience and exposure to a global business environment through the DP World network.

Programme highlights

Participants selected for the programme will benefit from:

  • A 12-month structured graduate development programme.
  • Opportunities to build leadership and professional skills.
  • Learning experiences guided by experienced industry professionals.
  • The opportunity to join a global organisation within the DP World network.

The initiative is designed to help graduates strengthen their capabilities while preparing for long-term careers in business and leadership.

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

  • Have 0–2 years of work experience.
  • Be not older than 28 years at the time of application.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) with a minimum of Second Class Upper or Upper Credit.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for learning, professional growth and leadership.
  • Have graduated within the last three years.
