BetKing marks fifth CSR campaign with healthcare, nutrition support across four Nigerian states

Nigeria’s gaming platform, BetKing, has concluded the fifth edition of its corporate social responsibility initiative, BetKing Cares, extending healthcare, nutrition and humanitarian assistance to underserved communities in Lagos, Abia, Cross River and the Federal Capital Territory.

The 2026 edition of the programme, themed “Month of Good,” provided prenatal healthcare services, essential medications, nutritional support, hygiene kits and health education to more than 500 pregnant women. In addition, vulnerable households received food packs, clothing and other relief materials.

According to the company, the initiative was created to improve access to healthcare, strengthen maternal support and reach underserved communities through employee-led volunteer activities.

Commenting on the programme, the Managing Director of KingMakers and Chief Executive Officer of BetKing, Gossy Ukanwoke, reaffirmed the company’s commitment to ensuring that business growth creates lasting value for society.

“BetKing Cares represents our belief that business success must translate into meaningful social impact. As leaders, we have a responsibility to use our platforms not only to grow industries, but to uplift people. That is the kind of legacy we are building at BetKing; one rooted in access, dignity and sustainable community impact,” he said.

BetKing also stated that members of its workforce actively participated in delivering the programme, serving as volunteers across the beneficiary communities.

The company noted that BetKing Cares has evolved into an employee-driven initiative centred on healthcare, nutrition and community welfare, forming part of its wider commitment to advancing sustainable development across Nigeria.
