Applications are now open for the 2027 TGI Distri Ltd Commercial Trainee Programme, a structured talent development initiative aimed at young and passionate graduates seeking to build careers in Sales.

The TGI Distri Commercial Trainee Program (CTP) is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills and competencies needed to pursue a successful career in sales.

Successful candidates will first participate in an intensive induction programme before progressing to a six-month frontline sales training experience. During the training, participants will shadow employees working across different sales cadres and market channels at TGI Distri branches nationwide.

The practical exposure is intended to give trainees hands-on experience of sales operations within the marketplace, where sales activities take place daily.

Applicants must hold a B.Sc. or HND in any discipline with a minimum of 2.2 or Lower Credit. They must also have between one and two years of post-NYSC work experience.

The programme is targeted at candidates with a passion for FCMG Sales as a career path. Applicants are also expected to demonstrate proficiency in computer applications and office suites, as well as the ability to communicate effectively.

Age is another eligibility requirement. Candidates must not be older than 28 years as of December 31, 2026.

Applicants must also be willing and ready to be deployed to work anywhere in Nigeria.
