The United Arab Emirates has authorised Starlink Satellite Communications Services to provide broadband satellite internet services nationwide under a 10-year Public Space Services Licence issued by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). The licence permits Starlink to provide satellite internet connectivity to individuals, businesses and government entities across the UAE. It also covers users in the maritime and aviation sectors.
