The Niger Delta Power Holding Company Limited (NDPHC) has commended the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) for facilitating the recovery of several of its abandoned cargoes at seaports across the country. The intervention is expected to support the optimisation of the power sector and improve service delivery.
