LCCI targets delegates from 49 countries for 2026 Invest Nigeria Expo 4.0

The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, has announced plans to attract delegates from 49 countries for its upcoming fourth edition of the LCCI Invest Nigeria Conference & Expo in Lagos.

Building on the success of its previous editions, the conference has continued to expand its international reach since its debut. The first three editions, held in 2023, 2024 and 2025, attracted participation from about 46 countries during the conference and exhibition sessions.

Delegates from across the world attended those events, where they highlighted investment opportunities available in their respective countries. Senior government officials also presented investment prospects within their states, creating a platform for cross-border business engagement and collaboration.

Entering its fourth edition, the Invest Nigeria Conference & Expo has established itself as one of Africa’s leading platforms dedicated to investment promotion, trade facilitation and strategic business networking.

The conference is expected to bring together government leaders, policymakers, multinational corporations, global investors, development partners, entrepreneurs, innovators and business executives to examine investment opportunities across Nigeria’s diverse economic sectors.

Scheduled as a two-day event, the conference aims to foster high-level discussions, facilitate strategic partnerships and create commercial opportunities that reinforce Nigeria’s position as a preferred investment destination on the African continent.

Among the major activities planned for the event are:

  • A Business Forum featuring the Presidency, state governments, diplomats, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, and leaders of the organised private sector.
  • Ten Business-to-Business (B2B) sessions covering Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Fintech, Textile and Creative Arts.
  • Four Government-to-Government (G2G) meetings involving representatives of the Nigerian government and officials from other countries.
  • An exhibition section expected to host delegates and exhibitors from at least 49 countries.

The organisers say the conference will continue to serve as a strategic platform for attracting investment, promoting trade and strengthening international business relationships.
