Keystone Bank Limited has reiterated its commitment to supporting parents, students and educational institutions as families across Nigeria prepare for the new academic session.
In a statement issued on Monday, the bank acknowledged the financial strain that school fees and other education-related expenses can create for families at the start of a new academic year.
The financial institution said it has developed education-focused products that offer both financing and savings solutions to meet financial needs at various stages of the education journey.
Among its major offerings is EduFinance, a facility that allows eligible salary earners to fund education-related expenses for themselves, their children or wards.
Keystone Bank said EduFinance covers educational needs from the early years through tertiary education, as well as professional certification programmes. The facility is available to eligible salary earners irrespective of the bank through which they receive their salaries.
For families seeking to prepare financially for future education costs, the Keystone Future Account offers children and teenagers a structured savings option.
According to the bank, the account promotes the habit of saving early and enables parents and guardians to accumulate funds towards future educational expenses.
The bank also offers the Keystone Evolve Account, which is designed for tertiary students and members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). The account seeks to support young people as they work towards financial independence and learn to manage their finances while pursuing higher education and entering early adulthood.
Keystone Bank’s education support also covers schools through its School Support Loan. The facility provides eligible privately owned and registered schools with financing for working capital and asset-related needs.
According to the bank, schools can use the facility for projects and requirements including renovations, equipment purchases, school buses, computers, inventory and other operational needs.
Keystone Bank encouraged customers interested in its education-related financial solutions to visit any of its branches or access its official channels to review the available options and determine which products are most suitable for their individual needs.
The bank said its education offerings are part of a wider commitment to creating financial solutions that respond to the everyday needs and aspirations of individuals, families and businesses.
