Etihad Salam Telecom Company (Salam), a leading telecommunications and information technology provider in Saudi Arabia, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dell Technologies to broaden their collaboration in cloud infrastructure and Edge AI solutions.
The agreement, signed during LEAP 2026, was formalised by Eng. Ahmed Al-Anqari, Chief Executive Officer of Salam, and Mohamed Talaat, Vice President, Saudi, Egypt, North Africa & Levant, Dell Technologies.
The MoU establishes a joint framework to advance cloud infrastructure and Edge AI technologies for enterprise customers across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As part of the proposed collaboration, the companies will work towards incorporating Dell’s cloud infrastructure and edge AI solutions into Salam’s broad service portfolio. The initiative is expected to give end users greater operational flexibility, predictable economics and faster access to modern digital services.
