The Plateau State Environmental Protection and Sanitation Agency (PEPSA) has commenced the development of two major institutional frameworks designed to strengthen environmental governance and enhance sanitation service delivery across Plateau State. The initiative, which was launched during a meeting at the agency's headquarters in Jos on Monday, will lead to the development of the Plateau State Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) Guidelines and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for PEPSA Operations.
