The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA) and the Nigeria Governors' Forum (NGF) have commenced discussions on a strategic partnership aimed at attracting greater investment into Nigeria’s midstream and downstream petroleum industry.
