The Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPCL, and Indorama Energy Pte Limited have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, (MoU) to kickstart a partnership for the supply of about 800 million cubic feet of gas, a multi-billion dollar gas project in Nigeria, to the tune of $7 billion.
