The Nigeria Employers’ Consultative Association (NECA) has endorsed efforts to broaden the International Labour Organisation’s (ILO) Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) programme in Nigeria, describing structured entrepreneurship training as important to strengthening small businesses, improving productivity and generating employment.
