The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation has partnered with the British High Commission, to host a thought-provoking lecture titled “Reshaping Elite Bargains and Gambling on Development,” which was delivered by Professor Stefan Dercon of the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford.
