Applications are now being accepted for the 2026/2027 FNB Engineering & Technology Graduate Programme, providing engineering and IT/Computer Science graduates with an opportunity to begin their careers through permanent roles within the banking sector.
The application window will remain open until August 31, 2026.
The programme is designed for graduates who are eager to contribute to technology-driven innovation within FNB’s retail and commercial banking operations. Their work is expected to support business operations, improve banking services, and enhance customer experiences while contributing to the organisation’s culture, operational efficiency, and business relationships.
