Lafarge Africa Plc and the Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding for the collection of non-recyclable combustible waste around the state and landfill sites. The Commissioner for Environment, Tokunbo Wahab, revealed that the development was a significant step towards achieving a zero waste future for Lagos State.
